The room had a ton of ants (bottom floor).

The room had a ton of ants in it. I talked to the front desk and they blamed us for the ants. We were at a wedding and went out the entire night before. What a joke! We also chose this hotel because it had a pool for the younger kids. There was broken lights in the pool and they decided to clean it during pool hours. the kids never got to go swimming.

A very clean and customer-friendly hotel with above-average continental breakfast presentation. Both the clerical and support staff are very responsive to customer needs.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous.
The front desk was busy both days I went there - should maybe have another person on staff.

The breakfast was great - the pool area was very open and fun - the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was clean; the bed comfortable; and the staff was professional and friendly.
The hotel is in-between highways and is really just for over night stays.

Beautifully kept hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Great service! Nice pool. Clean whirlpool tub.

Pleasant staff.
Terrible sound-proofing, no elevators, and bad smelling room.

Staffs were pleasant and took the initiative to change our room assignment to a 1st floor location when they saw we were two seniors (and they had no elevators). But the noise and smell were most unpleasant. Be wary!
