Convenient to city and attractions. Clean.

It was good for a 2-star. Clean, convenient, and included a modest breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. The beds were comfortable.

We were there for the Festival and to walk to get there.
Our air conditioning only worked occasionally.

We were pleased with the hotel with exception of the air conditioning only worked occasionally. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Had a very good continental breakfast.

Very noisy air conditioner.

Excellent stay. They adjusted our price since one king was not available, but two queens were. Deal! They also let us check in a little early since we had an Shakespeare matinee to make.

The parking lot is door side of the room. You can here people coming and going. Window A/C loud.

I was okay. Not so much to room but the location is great.
