I liked where the hotel was located. It's within walking distance of the harbor.
The jacuzzi area was tidy but the jacuzzi itself was dirty. The staff appeared uncomfortable helping us.

The hotel room was clean, and its location was great. However the walls are a bit thin, and the room we stayed in had a joining door to the next suite. Not good if you like quiet. The staff needs to learn how to serve better. The continental breakfast is abysmal, no effort put in to it what so ever.

Clean, well appointed, convenient, comfortable!

Our room was beautifully decorated with crown moldings and great colors. Close to downtown on quiet street and walking distance to Wharf and beach. Comfortable bed and real hot water. Couldn't do better for the price.

Nice layout of hotel, floor plan & rooms. Restaurant had very good food, too.
I was hoping the workout room was a little larger.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, our Check-in was speedy and uneventful, and our stay was problem free. The room itself was clean, nice, and very reasonable for the hotel level we selected.

Enjoyed the area and the location of the hotel. It was a great place to getaway.

This hotel was very close to the water. Walking distance. A great place to get away and not to worry about the city. The hotel was clean and service was great.
