Clean, and the bed was awesome.
The $200 fee they kept for incidentals. I have yet to receive it back from them, despite not using any incidentals.
The room was small, but clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. However, there is a $40+ per night parking fee, and there is also a $200 hold on your credit card for incidentals, which they are supposed to be returning to me, but I have yet to receive it. So, at this time, the verdict is still out.

Accommodating, friendly, and was close to waterfront.
Parking was not included, cost us $42 for overnight.
We would stay here again - very nice accommodations.

Complimentary Happy Hour with Wine & Pizza at 5:00 pm.
$45.00 valet parking fee.
The hotel is near the wharf. It is attractive and very clean. Rooms are small, but bathroom is large and both are adequate. Loved the lobby with flowers and fireplace and complimentary wine.

Not bad, expensive parking, park in parking lot across the street, and a great place for staying near pier 39.

Excellent front desk staff and concierge!
I had heard horror stories about people booking through Priceline and basically being relegated to the smallest no frills room possible, but that certainly was not the case here. Front desk staff was excellent and always had a smile whenever we walked by. I was upgraded to a king room without my asking and the furnishings were modern and cozy. Our room was clean and the toiletries were nice. The 2 different people sitting at the concierge were extremely helpful with our trip planning and gave excellent recommendations for dining options, not just the attached restaurant. There was free internet situated behind a privacy screen and a nice selection of tea and coffee in the morning. read more

Convenient to Fisherman's Wharf, cable cars & MUNI.
Noisy street below our 2nd floor window.
Great location. Rooms small, but clean. We had a frig that didn't cool and a dresser where the drawers didn't stay shut, but that wasn't a big deal. We weren't in the room that much. The only problem we had was a window that was broken. Maintenance was able to shut it partially, but the noise from the street kept my sister awake. You might want to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We enjoyed the free coffee and tea in the morning, but never made it to the wine tasting in the afternoons. We recommend this hotel and would stay there again. read more

Lobby/public area very welcoming, as was staff. All areas were clean and the room was quite comfortable.
Exorbitant parking prices of nearly $50.00 per day! Even after paying said fee, no self-park, valet only.
This is a lovely hotel, well located for walking to Fisherman's Wharf, etc. for browsing and/or shopping. We've stayed there before and would most likely stay there again.
