The hotel is kind of old. I feel you should have the option to get two without the extra charge.

Too much of noise on the road outside.
Great location near the near Fisherman's Wharf. Clean rooms and attentive staff. Parking was expensive and the outside road noise took some getting used to.

Comfortable beds. Conveniently located near activities.

The location was wonderful for access to Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf.
The room size was fairly small.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The conceirege desk provided convenient access to information about tours and such. There was a restaurant at the hotel which was also convenient.

Location, nice, clean, a bit upscale.
Traffic noise. Small rooms.
The rooms are on the busy street side of the hotel. Even though this hotel has been updated they failed to upgrade the sound insulation and the windows. These 1950's style windows allow all of the outside noise in. This includes traffic, garbage trucks, the valets hotel staff, and pedestrians. The rooms are very small also.
