Lobby/public area very welcoming, as was staff. All areas were clean and the room was quite comfortable.
Exorbitant parking prices of nearly $50.00 per day! Even after paying said fee, no self-park, valet only.
This is a lovely hotel, well located for walking to Fisherman's Wharf, etc. for browsing and/or shopping. We've stayed there before and would most likely stay there again.

The location. It was only three blocks to Fisherman Warf.
The hotel only had valet parking and a charge of 46.00 per night.

The staff were very kind and helpful.
Outrageous valet parking charge per night!
I would not recommend hotel to anyone with a rental or personal car. The price of parking was a huge turn off. I did not use the parking but my cousins did and I was astounded at the price. I was a senior woman traveling alone and I had anticipated using parking garage instead of returning rental car and walking back by myself. In very stead I returned car and my cousin escorted me hack to hotel. read more

The bathrooms were exceptionally clean & spacious.
I did not know about the extreme parking charge which was $90.
It was a lovely hotel very close to Fisherman's wharf. The hotel recently had a facelift & the bathrooms were new. It was so nice to walk to great sites & public transportation was extremely convenient. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends & family.

Great location, very nice -new room, friendly helpful staff, warm comfortable lobby that offered a wine hour, adjoining restaurant.
Cars jammed the covered entrance-cab drop off and pick up had to be on the street.
Overall very good. I would recommend it to others and stay there myself again also.

Staff friendly, rooms cozy.
Nothing.
The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and cozy, space sort of small but nothing to worry about. The wine reception was very nice. Would certainly return.
