The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The common area was well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable.
The only concern was paying $42 for parking. However, I can understand this with the location being what it is.
I highly recommend this hotel. Everything about was nice--the staff, the decor, the rooms, the location. I would definitely stay there again.

We had booked two rooms but during check-in, we were told that only one room is available and that the other room would be in a hotel a couple of miles away. We were traveling with elderly people and a 6 year old and we had to split up-it was around midnight when we tried to check-in. Overall, it was a horrible experience. And to top it all, the manager of the hotel was extremely impolite and impatient and made us feel that we are the ones to be blamed. read more

Location was great for our scheduled activity.
The outrageous amount they charged for parking!
This hotel was within walking distance to Pier 39, Ghidelli Square, the Wharf. Public transportation (bus) pick up right outside the hotel.

Bed/pillows are very comfortable, spacious room/bathroom, friendly staff, great location.
I loved everything about this hotel.
I travel a lot and this hotel are far best than any other 5 star hotel I stayed. The beds and pillow are very comfortable. Clean and spacious room and bedroom, great location very close to fisherman's wharf, close to grocery store and shops. Staff is very professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very warm and welcoming. Beautiful lobby which was inviting.
I prefer to stay at hotels that offer a continental breakfast, that was people can get up and eat at different times.
I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Tuscan Inn. Very nicely decorated and clean.

The view from our corner room was wonderful.
The restaurant made our party of eight wait so long for a table that we ate elsewhere.
A nice hotel with a knowledgeable concierge, convenient to the piers and Fisherman's Wharf.

Excellent location and very central to everything.
The hotel offered free breakfast but this consisted of coffee and tiny biscotti.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel as it's location is perfect. It is within walking distance to everything and fisherman's Wharf is a 5 minute walk

The hotel was very clean and was blocks from the Wharf.
The parking was $40.
This was a nicely presented hotel. Although, the rooms were on the smaller side, the location was excellent.

The rooms were decorated really good, and they were clean.
The parking fee was $50.00.
It was a great location, just a couple blocks from fishermen's wharf, the rooms were great, didn't really use the lobby for the free cocktail hour and anything like that. Parking was expensive, but then we found that out all over SF. Why can't they somehow add a dollar or two to room rates to make up for parking.
