I love it's location. I was walking distance from many destinations.
Better selection in the pop machines and no room service.

I felt parking was a bit high priced. There needs to be better vents in the bathrooms. The channel selection is not conducive to much entertainment. It has too many news and sports channels. The beds were excellent as well as the pillows and the number of pillows. The view of Evanston is wonderful. Staff was very nice and helpful.

It was clean, reasonably priced, newly renovated, staff were excellent, great location

Definitely will be booking a room at the Best Western in Evanston for my next visit to Chicago!!!

A problem with the air conditioner was fixed immediately upon request. Good job!
The breakfast selection didn't quite meet out needs, a bit more variety would have been nice.

We enjoyed our time there, it was ideal for our purposes. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

I was disappointed that nothing was included in the price such as: TV, radio, computer, continental breakfast, parking were all extra.

The room was great. I couldn't believe they charge me for parking my car, watching TV, listening to the radio, or for a continental breakfast (aren't these things usually free at most hotels).

The room was beautiful, large and clean. We were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful on planning our side trips.
Nothing comes to mind.

I just returned from a week stay in San Francisco at a very expensive hotel. This Hotel was just as clean and comfortable but the staff was so much more helpful and friendly.

Convenient.
The hotel smelled of smoke and there was no water.

We were in town for a wedding, so the hotel was right next to the church. They did allow us to check in early. There was no water the next day in the whole hotel.

It had a very comfortable king size bed.
The alarm went off in the middle of the night- and when asked for maintenance I had to wait 45 minutes.

Overall, a good experience- just wanted a little more accommodating staff. I had to wait over 45 minutes for help with the laundry facilities.
