Rooms were comfortable and well arranged.
Hotel administration staffs were not thorough and made several mistakes with our booking.

Hotel itself was great, however, the staff were not thorough with our check in, we were told that we must check out, when our stay was arranged for two nights and discussed with staff at our check in. I was in Ottawa for the race weekend and I had to disrupt my rest in order to go to the front desk to show my paperwork to prove that I was checked in for two nights. This damaged the reputation of the hotel and staff for me and my spouse. read more

The suites were large with 2 TVs and a kitchenette. The breakfast wasn't added bonus especially when traveling with kids. The 24 hr store came in hand.
They could extend the breakfast hours a bit. When traveling with teenagers it is hard to get them up for breakfast by 930 when they are on holidays.

Great value overall!!!
