It was okay.
Open swimming pool in lobby and poor mattresses on the beds.

It's okay for one night. Staff was okay but not well-informed about breakfast time frame so there was a lot of misunderstanding.

Friendly, efficient staff and excellent access to amenities and transport.

This hotel is a moderate, but great place to stay. I have used it over several years and have always received excellent service, clean rooms, efficient and friendly help from the staff. I would like to return and stay again.

Surprisingly quiet (except for kids in pool).
Underground garage filthy - could use a power wash.

Convenience and location; basic but comfortable.
Untrained bar staff; poor food choice in bar in evening; poor waitress attention to requests resulting in provision of wrong meal!

Overall, comfortable and convenient with friendly staff and good basic service. Few frills, but more than adequate for a few days' stay.

This hotel is a good mix of everything you need and expect from the food to the staff to the rooms etc.
I did have to go to the store for odds and ends at night so a convenience store added would make it even better but the staff directed me easily.

Nice lobby/convenient location.
Bathroom was poor / needs to be updated.

Good location (very Central). Nice Lobby/Inner courtyard. Rooms could be updated, especially the bathroom. Good underground parking. Overall it was good value for the money.

The staff.

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was superb, the food in the dining room was more than satisfactory, and it provided us a great home away from home for our week here!

The location is central with good access to major routes.
Morning service in the restaurant was slower than average.

I would recommend this hotel. It is centrally located, very clean, well appointed and has fairly secure underground parking.

Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast.
Facility was as clean as it could be for being so worn out looking.

Staff was first rate but the facility is totally worn out looking. Certainly not the best on hotel row. Area is a bit rough. Parking garage is totally spooky.

clean rooms, lobby etc. good swimming pool and hot tub
safety, as soon as I entered with my luggage in the elevator(lift) it got stuck and I had to ring alarm to get rescued. I got two queen beds.

It's good by look, cleanliness and by location. But as soon as I entered the elevator with my luggage, it got stuck and I had to press alarm to be rescued. I was given two queen beds instead of one King size. They did not provide no luggage pick up or delivery to my room.
