I needed to check in early. The staff was extremely helpful in accommodating that request. I was very grateful.
I asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room. The smoke smell was horrible and the room was not cleaned well.

Girl at the front desk during the day was very nice. The guy at the front desk during the evening was very nice. The Lobby area was nice. Our room was not clean.

Hotel clerk was very engaging, hospitable.
Old, musty, old, dirty, Left 2.5 hours after check in.

Never again. We were literally afraid to SIT on any of the furnishing, very damp, musty, our allergies immediately responds to mold--there was no way we could have stayed overnight as planned. Left by 5:00pm same day. We really would appreciate a credit to our card.
