Staff was very helpful, very courteous.

I am used to having a small microwave and refrigerator in the room.
My problem was I had to toss a good deal of restaurant food away due to lack of adequate storage.

Staff was willing to make last minutes changes to meet our needs.
Front desk called our room at 5:45 am and could not explain why they were calling, kinda weird.

This hotel met our needs. We stayed for one night and just needed a place to sleep. Nice restaurants right down the street, within walking distance. Overall, pleasant stay at a decent price.

Unprofessional front desk night people.

The hotel was nice enough, pretty clean, missed things like extra towels, extra pillows, extra soaps and hair conditioner, had a non impressive free breakfast, but it was free!

This hotel was horrible it way my 8 year old daughters birthday and they overcharged us for a room with 2 beds and made us pay $20 more.

I totally hate this hotel because of their inflexibility and unfriendly staff members.
Rude staff members who were not helpful at all.

I will never go back to this hotel again and advised all my friends and family to stay away from it as well. This was my third time staying at this hotel thinking that I would give them chance to prove themselves. But I was again disappointed for the 3rd time. That's enough aggravation and it totally ruined our vacation mood.
