It was noisy, I could hear people outside most of the night.

I do not like how the pool was so far away from our room. The breakfast was crowded. The room is to small.

Very clean and staff was great.
Nothing everthing was wonderful.

Rooms were very clean and
TV was plasma. Pool and hot tub clean and warm. Breakfast was fresh and many choices. Could have switched up the meet a bit for people staying longer.

Convienient to where I needed to go.
Outside room entrance to noisey. The breakfast was poor selection and quality.

If I was with my family this would have been a good hotel but for a female business traveler alone I didn't feel as safe as with inside room entrance hotels.

The personnel.
The heater, beds, breakfast, etc.

This was probably one of the worst stays I have had at a hotel. They didn't have a room with two beds so kids had to sleep on the floor. The bed was hard. The pillows were made of foam pieces. The heater didn't work half the time and it was very noisy. The breakfast was mediocre and hot chocolate tasted like flavored water. I would never stay there again.

The breakfast bar was wonderful, and we were pleased.
We had hoped to swim, and the pool was closed for re-surfacing.

Everyone was kind, the hotel was well equipped and nicely maintained. This was a wonderful surprise. We liked everything about our stay, except that the pool was closed.
