The hotel was clean.
The hotel was in disrepair.

The hotel didn't have adequate cooling systems. The air conditioner in the assigned room didn't work at all and we had to switch rooms. The personals comment about the air conditioner was that they had previously received complaints about the room's air conditioner. The milk served for breakfast was outdated and spoiled. The building was in general disrepair. Several of the windows are broken, paint is peeling, and the advertisement that the hotel has been newly renovated is just inaccurate; however, the rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. read more

Good location, good rate, overall nice stay.
Toilet didn't flush well, floors a little dirty.

On a negative note we got locked out of our room due to a bad lock on the outside door lock. We had to wait for about 45 minutes to get back in. Also toilet lacked flushing power. However, overall it was a nice but cheap stay in a great location. The rooms were adequate and felt comfortable and staff was friendly. I would return to this motel.

Nice.
Smelled like smoke.

The room that I stayed in smelled of smoke. It was a non-smoking room and why it smelled I'm not sure. It was only for one night so I lowered my standards and stayed at the hotel anyway.

Everything was middle of the road except that the room was non-smoking and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The bedspread, drapes and couch were awful with the smell. Had to buy candles to burn just to be able to stay in the room.

The room had a refrigerator and microwave and was a good size room.
The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

This hotel was much nicer than I expected (I have never stayed at an Econolodge before). The common areas were very nice, much larger and nicer than expected. The staff at check in were extremely slow (I think I waited 30 minutes or more to check in), however, they were very friendly and helpful and check out was a breeze. The beds and pillows were almost like slabs of cement, but the room was very large and otherwise comfortable. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. read more

The place was clean.
The towels left a little to be desired. Thin.

I came to town for a class reunion. The room and accommodations were perfect for me. Ease of access and clean rooms and in fact the whole area. I would definitely stay again.

Location.
Smoking rooms were too close to non-smoking, carpets were old smelled dingy.

This place was decent for the budget, but I would still expect a good working TV and not have to go to the lobby to get an iron and ironing board and to carry them back to the room.

Room location with a view.
The room furniture and carpet were well used with little to no updating.

The service and location was good. The hotel however seems to be the kind where the owner(s) take from it but only put back what is necessary to keep the place going. There has been little to no updating in years it appears.

The pool was very cool. It was 9 feet deep on one side and there was a wall separating the shallow and deep end of the pool.
There were a couple of stains on the room walls, not sure if it was food, soda, or blood.

I do think this hotel was decent with a moderate price. The pool was the coolest part of the hotel.
