location and size
Internet did not work. Staff was insufficiently trained to deal with it.
Service has gone down a lot since last visit. Internet did not work properly and staff and Cox cable did not care. Maintenance people tried hard to help, but the rest of the staff did not follow through. They did not care if they lost us as a future customer.

Location and view from room.
Casino/lobby dirty, restaurant poor, elevators.
Location, view from window and staff were all great! Bed was comfortable and bath room was cute with stained glass window. Will definitely stay again next time in Vegas.

The hotel is in the best location on the strip.
I made reservetion for non-smoking room but I did
not get.
My room is non-smoking room but... It's very smookie. We have to move to somewhere else at night.

Location of the hotel - right in the middle of the strip
This place is old, stinky and sloppy. If you went all the way to Las vegas to enjoy yourself, don't waste bother to stay here.
This place is old, dirty and stinky. The casino is very small, they have one bar and a live band was playing the night we visited there. The band was ok. The quality of the room was poor. The bathtub drain was backing up and so was the toilet which is a good picture of how old this place is. The iron/iron-board was broken to a point that we couldn't even use it.The room had a strong smell of mould, the towels were pale probably due to washing & use beyond their usual life.Overall the place just doesn't give you the feel of the happy & party environment that people goto Las vegas for. Trust me, I am not a very finicky person when it comes to quality of a place but I expect things to work and be hygenic - I don't want anything fancy or over the top. However this place failed on pretty much all grounds. I was told by the hotel staff that they don't have a water fountain in the entire place - if you want water, you better buy it.This place was a few bucks cheaper than the other big brothers on the strip. The location of this hotel is perfect since it is right in the heart of the strip but saving 20 bucks cost me & my buddy a happy night in las vegas. If you ask me, pass on this hotel. Pay few extra bucks and stay at a bigger (if not much fancier) hotel like Excaliber or flamingos or new york. Those places are so much bigger and have so much more to do. read more

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable.
The casino was dated and wasn't as clean as the rooms.
