I got a good price because it was small and simple.
There was no shuttle and it was so far it cost me $35 for a taxi
It is streamlined to the basics. That was what I needed, I did not want to pay for fancy amenities I would not use. Airport Layovers - This hotel is further than the more expensive ones and since it is cheap it does not have a shuttle. I ended up spending $35 for my taxi to and fro and I could have used that to buy a better room at a nice hotel with a free shuttle service.

Cheap price.
Unsafe location, cops were there every other night, guests fighting outside, spa out of order, and no elevator.
Please do not go to this motel unless you are desperate for a cheap rate. Our car was tampered with, there were guests outside fighting, waking us up. The cops were there on several occasions. The spa was out of order the whole week we were there. We left a day early because we felt our lives were in jeopardy.

Very economical, easy to find and close to where I needed to be.
rooms were unclean, beds were horrible,
AC was old and noisy, made sleeping hard.

Close to MOA.
Scary! It is not a hotel, but rental units to scary people!
I would not recommend this hotel to a women traveling alone. I did not use the pool because it was in another building and I would have had to walk across the scary parking lot with groups of people that did not look like the kind of people I would associate with.
