Hotel Guest Reviews of the Blue Horizon Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.August 16, 2009

Everything was clean, with a feel of quality instead of being second rate. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful with whatever need was presented.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Horizon. The views were fantastic, especially at sunset and early in the morning. While the location itself is not picturesque, it is centrally located and convenient for exploring the city.

The negatives: a couple of nights the noise drifted up from Robson St (car alarms, people yelling) and the room got warm at night. It was warm in the hallways so maybe the heat was on? The room thermostat didn't seem to do anything so we tried using the a/c, but the unit was pretty noisy and impossible to sleep with it on. I would have left a window open, but was discouraged by the street noise. ...

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was very large, and it is located in the heart of Robson Street. You can't ask for a better location!
