I liked how efficient the staff was - very attentive and helpful. From the check-in counter to doorman and bellboys, they were all very efficient.
The security of the elevators was a plus - with the need to insert the room key in order to press the floor button. However, at times it didn't work.

I was afraid it would be noisy because of its location, but the sound proof windows kept the sound of the heavy traffic away. I loved how convenient the location was - just a hop over to Shopping Morumbi and Market Place and we have a wide selection of great restaurants. The hotel was also very close to the main access - Marginal Pinheiros - to all the main places in the south zone of Sao Paulo - definitely a big plus. I would definitely recommend it. read more
