The location, the views, one of the front desk people.
The entire building needs to be updated, the rooms are not clean, the $10 a day charge for what should be complimentary.

Bed was comfortable.
Short staffed housekeeping very late and rude.

Room was not worth the money. Bathrooms are very tiny. Short staffed. $10.00 valet charge per day and valet attendant still expected a tip.
