I could see the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony.
The A/C didn't work well there was a gap all around the door and A/C and it was very humind and hot in the room.

They did not tell me about the extra fees associated with the hotel when I checked out. Their ammenity fee was $5.00 + for things such as a parking spot, laundry availability, pool, internet availibility, etc. I argued with them about this fee and they removed it.

The hotel stuff and did not clean the room very well, did not leave extra toiletries even if paper was less than 1/4 of the roll.

The hotel was alright but the stuff needs immediate attention to be more friendly and more pleasant or welcome so that customer's will feel at home. Housekeeping really needs to improve.

Front desk staff was accomodating.
Never cleaned my room one day and holes in bedspreads.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant team was great and the food was good. Cleanliness was not top notch except for in common area; the rooms need work.

I was charged an amenity fee for each day. I did not know before I got there that I would be charged this fee.

I was not happy about the amenity fee not being disclosed beforehand. I did not see that the amenities that they offer.

Close to where I need to be; bar staff friendly; safe area.
Room layout, furniture.

For a value stay, this hotel fits the bill, but be careful about staying in the back building. Rooms smell musky and of chlorine. Staff in bar and restaurant very friendly, food average but fairly priced. Rooms don't have enough outlets for cell phones, computers, etc. Desks are uncomfortable and not meant for working. Convenient to Delray surrounding areas.

I didn't have bed bug bites in the morning.
It had automatic doors into the lobby.

From the moment I opened the door, the hair on the back of my neck stood up. The odor, the carpet, the ancient worn blankets, the residue on the tub/shower walls all was gross. I looked for things crawling on the sheets, but didn't see any and didn't have any bites in the morning. Outside light shined around the closed door. They took a photocopy of my driver's license and cc and wouldn't return them upon check out. Just creepy. Definitely won't be there again! Take it off your list of options! Quick! read more
