Beds were comfortable and room had been recently renovated.
The standard room available included either 2 single beds or one double bed. This was not acceptable.
The standard room available included 2 single beds or 1 double bed. It was also considerably smaller than most hotel rooms offered by Priceline in the downtown Toronto area. In order to accommodate our group of 3, we had to upgrade to a larger room, at an extra charge of $30.

Nice hard-wood floors, clean rooms, nice bathrooms.
Front desk service took too long, they need free WiFi.

When we arrived at the hotel and had to pay a large upgrade fee to get double beds. When I go away for a holiday, I don't expect to sleep in a single bed!

Good location, bed is comfortable & warm, room is small but is good enough.
I paid a good price through Priceline and stayed 5 nights. So far I have basic room service, nothing to complaint based on the price I have paid for hotel located in downtown Toronto. Room is small for 2 twin beds and flat TV on the wall, but good enough for all I need.

Location and price.
Small room, double bed, not queen, not attached to headboard, so it slide out when we tried to read in bed.
It was great value for a short, quick get-away weekend. We generally stay at more upscale places, but this was fun for a change. The other guests reminded us of people one might meet in a hostel! The atmosphere in the lobby was professional yet relaxed; unpretentious. The room was QUITE small, just a double bed that kept sliding away from the wall. Room service was prompt and friendly and unpretentious. It was quiet too. Great flat screen TV hanging on the wall.

There was indoor parking at $15 for 24hrs.
There was a lot of noise from Dundas street.
The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Rooms were nice, if a little small. If I weren't traveling alone, I think it would've been cramped. The beds were quite comfy. There was very little space to park for check in and unloading. There was a parking garage across the street with in/out privileges that only cost $15 for 24 hours.
