The location is in downtown.
The room size and specially the bed size.
Good location, bad service and a very small bed.

Our room was not what we wanted and the manager moved us to another without hesitation.
It was in a very grungy area.
It was very satisfactory for a one night stay. The staff will bend over backwards to accommodate you. The area of town is not desirable at all. We were close enough to Rogers Stadium to catch a cab for about $12.00 each way. That was not bad, as we were not going to walk the streets.

It was close to downtown, but don't go out after dark.
Small room, elevator didn't work, people fighting and swearing outside room. Nonsmoking but smelled of smoke, room service was in tinfoil- ate on lap.
Hotel currently under construction, lots of noise, and dangerous areas to walk through on route to city center. Situated in an area which includes late night noise and fighting, with obscene language that your young child will learn. Elevator works every so often, stairs from 1st to 2nd floor blocked off due to construction. Smoke smell permeates the room, and hall. Rooms small and styled in 60's deco. Room service was available, however it arrives in foil and there is only one chair and table available to eat on. Don't order anything that needs cutting. read more

Good location.
No amenities, garage across the street, phantom charges.
