Proximity to hotel, water taxi and ambiance of hotel.
Possibly in need of extra front line staff (concierge was also front desk staff).

Cant be beat for proximity to train and water taxi. Beautiful hotel in walking distance to lots of shopping . Marble bathrooms! Just a great spot!
