Location out of the city, close to airport, comfortable.
Hard to find, expensive cab ride from city.

Polite, English speaking staff, beautiful grounds and buildings but in a industrial area. Though given instructions by the staff over the phone, location was tricky to find. Very upscale modern rooms, traditionally beautiful oasis in the grounds. I would stay there again if not wanting to go into central Florence. Very close to airport.

The setting of the hotel is pastoral and there were many birds, gardens and flowers.
The rooms and desk were a little small.

Though somewhat outside of downtown Florence, it is a nice place to retreat to after the business of the day. The shuttle service works well from the hotel to downtown, though there is only one trip each way per day. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. There is a very nice shopping mall nearby but it is only accessible by taxi or car, as it is too dangerous to walk the short distance (1 km). read more

Newly renovated. Very nice appointments. Nice grounds.
In a industrial setting. Not especially attractive surroundings. About 15 km from Florence city center.

Overall, a good business hotel. Not centrally located, but nicely appointed with very nice renovations. Grounds around hotel were pleasant. Staff was professional and courteous. Industrial area, so not especially scenic.

Staff was friendly.
Hotel misrepresents itself, services offered and location. Ugliest location imaginable.

Hotel does not have a shuttle as offered. There is no internet access for guests. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere with a 360 degree view of truck stops and freeways. I was so disappointed I gave up a prepaid night to move to another hotel.

Everything was awesome.
Everything was great.

Stay here off season. It is a very nice four or five star hotel and we got very good rates. The restaurant was fantastic. The shuttles were convenient. The front desk made museum reservations for us, as they are required for the Uffizi. They even offered to make reservations at a horse rental stable when I asked about riding.

It's a great place to relax, the pool is very refreshing and modern.
Although the location of the hotel was fine, the surrounding area is shady, especially at night.

The hotel was a very nice 4 star
hotel. The rooms were large and the look and feel of the entire hotel looks like it has been upgraded and well-maintained. However, the location of the hotel is a bit shady but only at night.
