Economic, clean, friendly, and great location to subway and bus station.
My neighbor room is noisy for one night, it seems a group of youth was having a party at one night.
I
like the location and cleanness very much, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is an unexpected treat.

Great location and a very friendly staff that had a very good knowledge of he area and how best to get around..
My only complaint would be that the room never got to a comfortable warm temperature.
This hotel has a great location with easy access to the T and Fenway Park. An outstanding staff that was not only courteous but knowledgeable. The room was spacious with eco friendly amenities and a great view of Kenmore Square and Fenway Park.

Location, Proximity to ball park, restaurants, train station.
The shower did not work for hot water, the TV location with bed etc.
Nice location next to Kenmore station and ball park. But shower did not work properly, room was dingy, the bed and TV setup was not aligned, the shower did not work for hot water. Hotel was clean and ambiance was fine too.

It is right next to Fenway and 1/2 block to subway.
There was funny smell in hallways. The TV was tiny.
I picked this hotel for proximity to Fenway. My room looked right at the back of the Green Monster and could not have been any closer! Free continental breakfast in the a joining Sushi restaurant was basic but exactly what I needed. Green subway line was only 1/2 away with easy access to most business travel needs.

Location, clean, neat and friendly.
Fantastic place, clean, neat, great location, comfortable, wonderful and parking was close. Staff was friendly and so close to Fenway.

The architecture was charming.
One computer in the business center did not work.
It's got a lot of charm and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was quiet for sleeping. I was worried about walking back in the dark, but it's in the Boston University neighborhood and there was plenty of traffic and nice clubs and restaurants along the route.

Needs renovation. Dirty sheets on my bed.
Hotel is in a great location but it needs some real renovations.
