Great location, room very nice, staff friendly and helpful.
Lobby a bit like a futuristic airport terminal

We were happy with all aspects of our stay here. Except for the fact that the lobby and second floors feel like a terminal with what seems like huge crowds, we had no complaints.

The location was perfect, it was clean and safe.

This hotel is in a great area and is connected to a wonderful upscale shopping mall. Love the area. Great town to walk in - near subways which are safe to use.

Great rooms, very comfy bed.
Everything costs extra including use of computer in business center. Parking is $30/night.

Very good hotel in a great location. Close to T station. Parking is very expensive and the hotel does not validate. Use of computer in business center is expensive.

The parking was very expensive.

The hotel was very clean and central to various destinations in Boston. Excellent transportation access. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Bed was so comfortable.
It felt very convention hotel like - internet was really pricey.

The waitress at the restaurant was the best waitress I have ever had. Ever she was funny and warm! The hotel was an upscale Marriott - efficient and comfortable.

Very nice location after getting used to the subway the whole town seemed to be at your finger tips. The staff was all very nice and for the most part everything was very nice.
