Very nice, clean, good location.
Staff was not very friendly or helpful when we had an issue with our room key not working. Also,
fees were a surprise and a disappointment.

The hotel was very nice but we were surprised and disappointed with their fees (parking, internet, etc.) and their lack of customer service. The lamp in the room didn't work. The lady who cleaned our room and the lady who managed the pool/weight room area were very nice but the people at the desk and the customer relations manager were unfriendly and unhelpful to say the least. We would not stay there again due to poor customer service and fees. read more

Atmosphere and staff were very friendly.
Beds were small (double).

Our stay was nice. The hotel was clean. Currently undergoing some renovations on the 2nd floor other than that the lobby was a nice place to meet up with people and regroup and have a drink. We were upgraded to the concierge level and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything that we needed was right there or close by.
The room was small and coffee supplies were not replenished.

The hotel was in an excellent location. They were in the process of renovating, but it did not cause any inconvenience. The pool was not open the first two nights that we were there. The fitness center was excellent.

Nothing.

The room was beyond our expectations, it was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view. The staff was helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay at the Marriott again.

The location was very convenient to shopping areas and a grocery store.
Nearby restaurants tended to be quite touristy.

The staff, though friendly, had a difficult time accommodating any requests. On arrival, we had to wait 2 hours in our room for a fridge and crib to be delivered, all the while being told by the staff that it would be there in 5 minutes. We also only had our room cleaned once in the four days of our stay, in spite of two calls to housekeeping to try and arrange it.

The champions downstairs, and the accessibility to Newbury St. The shopping malls also make it very convenient!
We had no blow dryer and it took forever to get it. The pool is out of order so we had to walk to the Westin freezing ourselves!

The location is unbeatable, right between three shopping centers, it's lobby is really nice, they have a Champion's bar, excellent for a night cap! We traveled with the kids and they were a little disappointed to have to travel across the shopping center to get to the Westin's Hotel pool. My blow dryer was requested at 8:00 am and I got it at 10:30 am. I also asked for towels and they brought them to us after 2 hours of asking, so don't expect prompt response to your inquiries. read more
