The location was perfect, connecting covered bridges to two major malls.

The hotel was centrally located in the heart of Boston. The construction at this hotel was the biggest downfall with a lot of noise, many public areas closed and a general feeling that the hotel was not at the level it will be at soon.

Convenient location, enjoyed the pool.
The maid disturbed us in the morning. We waited a long time for the elevators, check-in time was long.

The hotel was clean, great location but very busy. The staff did not meet my expectations for the star level that I was expecting. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The kids loved the pool. Location was where we wanted to be.
Amenities were not up to par for the 4 star rating.

I was disappointed with the Marriott Copley place in Boston. The bed was soft and sagged the room and bathroom was nothing special. The complimentary toiletries were minimal. The staff was helpful but not didn't go out of their way to make your visit memorable. For our purposes it was fine since we only stayed one night and didn't spend much time in the hotel. But with so many other nice places to stay in the same area I would not go back to this hotel. I think it should be rated a 3 star hotel at best, then I think it would fit its category better. I don¿t feel it is a 4-star luxury hotel at all! read more

Very convenient location.
You have to pay to park.

The staff was very professional. We had a problem with our room and the manager resolved the issue and made an attempt to make us happy. Overall a very nice hotel in the heart of Boston. Close to fen way and shopping.

It's fun to have places to eat and shops around.
The elevators had a lot of trouble .We had to wait 20 min for the elevators which gave us only 5 min to get dressed for our dinner reservation.

Very nice, a fun place.

Great location in downtown Boston.
Self parking in the Copley Mall lot, valet full.

The hotel was in the most central location, with all kinds of amenities nearby. Checking in and out was a breeze, and allowed us to focus on our activities in Boston.
