Location is outstanding. Lobby very impressive and rooms excellent.
Local calls were $1.00 and this was not known until check-out. No free Wi-Fi. Long walk from room to elevator.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The room was very quiet (on courtyard side) and even with a loud ballroom fraternity party, the room was quiet. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Bathroom amenities somewhat limited, but I suppose this is one difference between a 3.5 and 4 star hotel. Bellman staff particularly friendly and helpful. Excellent value.

Location was excellent.
Both bar and restaurant were closed most of the time.

The hotel was comfortable and in a very good location to everything in the French Quarter. It was a bit too cool to use the outside pool. The lobby was nice and quiet and the hotel was clean and smelled great. A few drunks sort of hung out in the closed bar area. Not sure why it was closed!

Location in the French Quarter; nice people.
Initially offerred me a unacceptably small room; bad door security - card did not work.

Nice hotel for staying in the French Quarter.

The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere!
The room size was small, and the bed was uncomfortable.

I cannot stress enough how PERFECT the location of this hotel is. It's right behind street. Louis Cathedral and right on Bourbon street. With it's close proximity to Bourbon street, our room still remained quiet. We were able to walk to all of the shops, the river and the infamous cafe Du Monde (the hot chocolate was amazing!). One of the downsides was the price of valet parking ($32), although this did provide us with a sense of security by not having to park our car on the street. Also, the room was TINY and the bed was one of the hardest I've ever slept on (I didn't get much sleep.) read more

The hotel had an antique charm to it. It is in a good location to Bourbon street and also to the St. Louis cathedral.

After walking into the Bourbon Orleans and getting a weird vibe, my boyfriend and I googled to find out that it is one of the most haunted in the country! The fact that it was haunted made it an interesting stay, although I did have some problems sleeping! Otherwise, the hotel staff was very helpful and the room was nice. Great location for tourists visiting the French Quarter or those interested in hanging out at Bourbon Street. read more

Great location and helpful staff.

Hotel is very well maintained, comfortable and great proximity to everything. Upgrading to suite with balcony is well worth it.

Location
Valet service.

Was a great experience other than the length of time it took to get vehicle from valet during a relatively slow time for them.

The staff was outstanding!
Nothing.

I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The reservations were for a double occupancy, two full size beds. But the staff moved us into a king size room with a window overlooking Bourbon Street! And, the bathroom was generously appointed with great water pressure in the shower.
