High water pressure in shower.
Street noise & valet parking charge.

Hotel was supposed to be a 3.5 star. It was OK, but nothing special. They charge you $30/night to park your car & there's not a self park option convenient.

The location was great.
The sheets were stained.

A great place. We had a problem with stained sheets but new ones were sent up as soon as we informed them of the problem. The location is ideal and cannot be beat. This hotel is an historic building and this must be taken into consideration, it has a lot of charm but don't expect a sleek high-rise.
