Good price, clean.
Poor internet.
Fine for the price but needs to work in better internet access.

Nice room, better than expected.
Look old outside and parking space is limited, AC is not working well.
Ambience is average, good location. Free parking is a plus, but the parking space is limited. Overall, satisfy.

Nothing.
Disappointing.
Larger size motel room. All it had was a bed, a dresser, fridge, and microwave. Basic low grade furniture. Though the bed was comfy. Noisy. On a main thoroughfare.

A bed and a bathroom.
Noise, price -too expensive, only street restricted parking.
I could do a lot better with another hotel and advanced reservation.

It had running water.
It was not a hotel. It was a motel right out of 1963.
If you like street noise, if you like to hear people walking past your door on an outside balcony at all hours, if you really want to get to know your neighbor, if you like that old motel smell, this is the place for you.

It had a very spacious room.
It had a very small TV. and it was located to far away from the bed, and the remote didn't work, and the color wasn't working properly.
It was very deceptive, the rooms were nicer then expected, very new, modern and very comfortable. Checking in was easy and the counter person was very helpful in suggesting ways to get around in the city. The elevator was working, however it made an awful sound while in motion. I would recommend it to someone.

To be positive about the experience, its not very far from all the prime locations.
The room was under construction and was not appealing at all. there was no space for parking and the hotel workers were rude.
The parking situation was horrible. There was no room to park, especially if you drove anything larger than a compact car. The room we stayed in was under construction. I walked into my room and it was very standard, not appealing at all. Just to give you an example, the curtain in our room was a sheet, held up by masking tape. The bed looked very cheap. There was a basic table with two chairs and a telephone sitting on a stool. One more thing, the elevator is very old and seems to want to break every time someone rides it. It took the stairs the entire time I was there. read more

The staff were both professional and kind. Requests were welcomed.
Room was partly remodeled, not completely. Needed new bedding.
The location was great for walking to the wharf and city sites. It is older and in the midst of remodel, don't expect elegance, expect budget. Allot of noise from those walking above our room and plenty of city sounds at night. Do remember that you are in the city and some shady folks on the street. I appreciated the staff and it was fine for a night.

It was convenient to public transportation and restaurants for breakfast and lunch.
It was basically run down. Our room had no curtain rod. They hang the curtains by masking tape.
I consider the Broadway Manor to be less than satisfactory overall. I do not feel it rates a AAA Approval.

The location is OK.
The bed sheets taped up on the windows with masking tape.
Lousy. No adequate parking. Rooms are bare, sheets serve as curtains, which are taped up on the wall with masking tape. This is currently a 1-2 star, several steps below motel 6!!
