Location was good.
Tacky decor, cheesy destination fee, and poor service.
Understaffed. Room not ready for 4 pm check-in. Front desk not staffed. Decor gaudy and jarring. Cheesy $10 destination fee, which covered inedible breakfast and turtle slow internet access. Never, ever again.

It was close to the harbor.
So loud saw a painter in the elevator that looked really shady.
This hotel is very close to the inner harbor and the location is safe. It took us quite a while to check in as only one person was working at the front desk and we had to wait for her to assist about 5 other customers first. They charged a fee of $9.95 for internet and telephone. Even though I didn't plan to utilize those services, I was told I had to pay it. Parking was an additional $18-21/day and it was not on-site. The hallways smelled funny. My boyfriend and I could not sleep at all in the room because it was so loud inside and outside the hotel. You could hear people in the halls and traffic outside all night and morning. I would never stay in this hotel again. read more

I love, love the location. I also loved the breakfast.
I did not like to pay the extra $10 that was required at check in. Those services should come free with the hotel or just raise the cost of the hotel
I would recomment this hotel for families visiting downtown Baltimore. I enjoyed my experience I had. I would visit again if I am ever to be in the area.

Located within walking distance of the harbor and the baseball park.
The parking charges were outrageous. $29 per night for valet, $23 if you self parked with no in/out privileges.
It is a very nice hotel situated about 2 blocks from the Inner Harbor. It was very convenient to the major attractions of the area. The room was small, but perfect for a single traveler and the room had a view of the harbor which made it appealing. The breakfast buffet was very filling with a nice selection of fruit juices, cereals, pastries and hot selections. The hotel parking rates are rather high and a lot of construction was going on around the hotel (along with Baltimore's excessive number of one-way streets) made driving to and from it a bit of a problem. The $10 a night charged for incidentals should be added to the cost of the room, rather than as a surprise charge at check-in. read more

Service was good and friendly.
Waited 20 minutes past check in time for room to become available.
My experience was pleasant. The room was nice as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast they provided was good. Overall I enjoyed my experience. My only complaint was that I had to wait 20 minutes past my check in time for a room to become available.

Friendly staff ,very clean ,excellent free breakfast buffet.
Very small room, AC not functioning, lots of street noise.
Convenient hotel with a friendly staff but ask for a room to fit your needs and one away from the city street.

I had two hotel rooms over the weekend. I don't know which one you are asking about.
