Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.
One of the 2 beds was not comfortable. could hear next room TV.

Upon arrival the staff was very accommodating and friendly even offering to move us due to the loudness of the TV in the next room. The phone guy must have been having a bad day.

The lobby had a very comfortable feeling to it.
The bathroom in our room has a lot of mold in it. No DVD players.

The hotel front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Jacuzzi room we had was very nice, but had a lot of mold on the upper walls and ceiling in the bathroom. We had a HBO guide but couldn't get the HBO channel. If we back down that way again I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient to my locations.
Work on getting the bottom of tub mat cleaned.

I really enjoyed staying there. It was comfortable and overall the room was clean.

Clean, and great staff.
Did not have FOX News Chanel so we could watch O'Reilly. Had CNN, MSNBC, etc. Thought it arrogant and controlling of owners to be so biased!

We were so (that) disappointed in finding out that FOX News was banned from the TV and for that reason, we would never stay at this hotel or recommend it to our friends. Otherwise, it was a very lovely hotel.

Easily accessible from highway and nestled in nice, rustic area.
Bathroom floor tiles should be replaced or re grouted.

Great staff. Nice, large and very comfortable room with a large flat screen TV. Bed was very comfortable with ample blankets and pillows.

Location, setting, staff, lobby, and the service were all excellent.
Windows were old, bedding was wrinkled on one bed only and the hotel room was a touch tired looking.

Beautiful setting with a great attentive staff. The public spaces were well cared for, but although clean, the room was a little tired looking. It actually needs some structural renovations such as windows and a bathroom upgrade. However, I would stay there again.
