They were friendly when we cancelled our stay.
It was not what we expected. Very poor. Pictures don't match what is reallt there.

We cancelled our stay at this hotelas when we checked it out it was very small & dark. We walked down the steet & found a very nice luxery hotel for just a little more money with all the accomodations we wanted. The pictures on Priceline did not match what this room really was.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful.

The staff were very helpful, the room clean, the TV worked, the breakfast simple and free internet in hallway.
