The location was nice.
There were drunken people banging on doors and staff was not helpful.

I think I managed to get about 2 hours of fractured sleep while I stayed in this hotel. I had the unfortunate luck to be placed directly across the hall from a man whose sole intent was to bang his door repeatedly whenever something disturbed him (for example, the drunk people meandering through the hallways and the precisely timed dropping of ice into the machine every 30 minutes). I contacted the front desk at least twice (at about 3:45 am and again at 4:30). When they finally sent someone to deal with the door-banger, he had changed his tactic and had his TV up so loud I could enjoy his program from the comfort of my own bed across the hallway and through 2 doors. Needless to say, by the time someone came to deal with him he either chose to not respond to them at his door or he managed to drift off to sleep. Either way, the TV volume did not change. At least his door-slamming tactic had been forgotten.
