The beds and sheets are the best in the industry.
Some items not working (ice machine, one of the lights).

Hotel certainly met my needs. Food was exceptional. Business office needs updated. Only one copier and it broke down and was extremely slow. Modem hook-up to print from my computer was broken. Bed and linens are consistently the best in the industry and the reason I book most often with Marriott resorts. Also choose hotel because I can do a load of clothes. Not excited about being charged for in-room internet access. This should be complimentary. read more

Location to airport. Nice clean. Sports bar attached to hotel.
Internet charge of $13 night.

Very nice hotel if staying near the Baltimore airport. Very quiet hotel. Employees were very helpful and service oriented.

The staff was friendly. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed ever!
Only one washer and one dryer for guest use.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was not ready early, so we spent a relaxing time in the sports restaurant while we waited. The beds were amazingly comfortable! If Internet access were free, this hotel would be perfect.

Very clean, good food, great happy hour, and was
friendly.
No dining available nearby other than hotel dining.

Very neat, clean and well managed. Great dining within the hotel. Pool, lounge, restaurant, all were top-notch.

Facility is dated.

Great staff, friendly, professional but the facility itself is dated. Even with updates to the common areas and rooms, this building is showing it's age. The new Hilton, right next door, is a very modern.

You can never go wrong getting this hotel in the BWI region. I'm always happy every time it shows up as the one that accepted my bid.
