Quiet area and adequate accommodations.
Ants in the room/shower, and air conditioner clicked on and off all night.

Satisfactory for the price. The staff moved us to a room on the second floor the second night as the first room had ants on the dresser, night stand and in the shower and there were no other rooms available the first night (I had to clean the room upon arrival to get rid of the ants).

Very convenient location, albeit loud from traffic noise.
The motel is old, okay, but the refurb is sub-par.

The hotel is old, and has been refurbished. Some is well done, some amateurish. The room had nice furnishings. Service and people were nice. Bathroom needed help. I would stay here again.

Have stayed here several times because it's close to campus and will stay here again. Rooms are spacious and clean.
