The staff was friendly, the room was not that clean for being a recently remodeled hotel.

I am at a loss, nothing!
Room smelled musty, we had to leave windows open all night.

Hotel on main thoroughfare so access is good. The lobby was clean. Restaurant only open at specific times. The back of the hotel is right at the C-train stop so it is quite noisy, and the kids getting off late at night make a lot of noise in the hotel parking lot. Room size & bathroom were ok, but the musty smell in the room was very unpleasant. Desk staff never inquired about our stay upon departure. Would not give more than a 2 Star rating. read more

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The location of the hotel was loud.

In fairness to the hotel, they were under renovations. Unfortunately I was traveling with someone confined to a wheel chair and she had to get up and be carried down 8 stairs as their elevator was out of service during construction. I realize that this is not common but it was somewhat painful and humiliating to my travel companion.

The staff was helpful when we had a request, and we added an extra night and did not have to change rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
