Great location.
Construction zone.

We could not even be in our room until 6:20 pm when the noise finally stopped. They were jack hammering all day. It sounded like it was right next door, but it wasn't. It was unbearable. We were tired after traveling all night the previous day. We were looking forward to enjoying the luxurious Westin bedding and relaxing all day in preparation for our night out on the town.

I'd get a better representative at the front desk. It was the only sour note of the stay and the family behind us didn't have a good experience with him either. On departure we stayed at numerous American hotels and again found top drawer service still exists.

Rooms were gorgeous! Brand new and even an LCD screen!

This is a great hotel if they fix the temperature of the hot tub. It's brand new (still has that new room smell) and just beautiful. This was just a place for me to sleep before a flight from Calgary airport and I wish I could have stayed longer. Nice big fridge, too. Feels like a luxury hotel.

The hotel looks very new, and probably is.
Room service staff goes home for the night.

The hotel is very new. I am guessing it was recently built. The only downside to my stay was that any room service request required you to walk to the front desk (after 8pm).
