Convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed, complimentary internet is a big plus.
Front desk personnel does not seem to know how to handle more than one customer.

Very convenient location, one drawback is that it is almost a full block away from the main street and with a couple under average bars nearby makes it uncomfortable to walk after dark. On check-in day, it took both front desk personnel to give direction to a visitor and did not acknowledge the two customers waiting to be checked in. In general, I received more value than I paid for through Priceline. read more

The view of the river valley from La Ronde is spectacular
Room was a little small

The Crowne Plaza has a great location and very friendly staff. The revolving restaurant on top has very friendly service and great food. The only knock is that some of the wallpaper in our room was peeling, which did make the room look a little dowdy, but other than that, no complaints.

The staff at front desk were super awesome!
The furniture/decor in room felt old and really worn out.

Overall, the service at this hotel was exceptional! Our check in and conversation with front of house staff was so amazing. However, the room felt very old & dingy, the covers on the chairs were worn and dirty, wallpaper was peeling in places and overall there was an old-smell in the room. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Not a horrible stay, but certainly not worth.
