The hotel is very attractive, clean and the staff are extremely friendly.
The bathroom door squeeked loudly when in use and also did not completely close.

Attractive, clean, easy to find, great location and friendly staff.

The staff was phenomenal!
Nothing.

I would stay at this hotel again for sure! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. The bedding was very nice. The bathroom was huge! Loved it!

The pool was nice (but small) and the restaurant staff was excellent.
Restaurant was very expensive not suitable to family dining.

Great staff, ample parking, nice rooms but on the smaller size - 5 minute drive from West Edmonton Mall. Lots of restaurants in the area both low and high end.

The cleaning staff had obviously not cleaned well enough as a previous guest had left a sock behind and it hadn't been picked up by the cleaning staff.

It was better than I expected for a 3 star, my husband who had stayed there on business recommended it and I was very happy with both the price and the accommodations.

Fresh cookies upon check in, friendly/helpful staff, clean cozy rooms.
Hotel did not have a shuttle bus from downtown to the actual hotel.

I had a fantastic stay for two nights at the Hilton garden inn; I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay there!
