Very attractive hotel, clean, and new looking.
Continental breakfast, room was very small.
The hotel was excellent, but the room for continental breakfast was way too small, we could hardy move around in it. When we arrive the receptionist gave my 2 small children a teddy bear, we really appreciated that.

The staff was quite helpful by advising us about the free breakfast and a golf sale starting at 10:00 am next day.

New renovations, flat screen TV, free parking breakfast & internet.
Pool still being renovated, steam room not working, no microwaves in room.
I really enjoyed this hotel. The first night we got room, which was very noisy because it was beside a vent, ice and pop machine. The next night we asked to switch. The new room was way better. The furnishings were nice. On par with the Westin Edmonton if not better. This hotel deserves a 4 star. Free breakfast and internet. It was amazing.

Very helpful staff.
A
little far from downtown.
It was clean, functional and yet small enough to find staff for assistance when needed.

Comfortable bed, pillows and linen.
Room was warm and it didn't seem to have it's own thermostat control
or else it was hard to find.

There was a pool and hot tub for children and they had a breakfast room.
The bathroom was not cleaned well at all, there were burn holes in blankets and it was far too hot all night and thermostat did not seem to work.
For all the renovations they do it does not seem to change much. I stayed there about two years ago and they were doing renos then and are still doing them. The room was far too hot all night and even though we turned thermostat down it did not cool off. I can not imagine staying in the summer. The bathroom was not cleaned well at all. The breakfast room was a nice bonus and the pool was fun for my grand kids. Smitty's food was terrible 2 years ago and is still terrible. The maid service was not that good. read more
