Refused emergency supply at desk for forgotten item. Always available to business travelers at other hotels.

Once past the check-in and being told to go buy whatever I neglected to pack, the atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel was very nice, and staff was courteous.

Ideal to have a choice of resturants on site.
Beds were super firm, house keeping wasn't great to say the least.

I'm not much of a complainer, but this hotel didn't really do anything for me as far as a wow factor. The lobby was nice, and the rooms were decent, other then the fact that the beds were really hard and the bathrooms for sure need a renovation. The Irish pub was great, although it seems to get pretty rowdy at night. I didn't find any of the staff friendly.

Incredibly friendly staff.
Not great views.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for us. The price for a room was beyond reasonable for the room. The only downside was that there are no good views, but the hotel is located at a reasonable distance from Vancouver and other beautiful sites.

It was clean and well maintained.
The bar attached to the hotel is extremely noisy.

It is in a good location and very secure, but the beds were uncomfortable and the rooms facing the bar get very noisy at night. We were awoken by shouts from the patio at 2:15am.
