The swimming areas were great - both indoor/outdoor.
Needs a remodel - looks very 1930's still.

The rooms were quite small. The bathrooms were modern (probably the nicest part of the room). Both the indoor/outdoor pools were very nice and our two toddlers enjoyed swimming!

Very nice hotel but a very limited menu at the bar compared to other hotels. Overall, the experience was excellent and

The pool and resort facilities were excellent - a very relaxing place to be.
Literature and past experience tell me that the spa is understaffed.

I love Harrison Hot Springs Resort as a quick getaway/retreat. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the pool/hot springs facilities were very clean and plentiful. While I always want to enjoy some time in the spa there, the spa itself seems understaffed. When I booked a 1 hour massage, it was cut to 1/2 hr because a practitioner called in sick - considering the nature of this hotel (a weekend/or midweek getaway with spa/hot springs vibe) I feel that there should be better accommodation for such services. read more

We love the area and the hot springs.
We were happy with the hotel and the room but we were looking at a garbage dumpster/brick wall out our window.

Hotel was great, staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is lovely.
The restaurants seemed a little lacking - perhaps staffing problems?

Overall not bad. Most of the staff was lovely but there seemed to be an overall lack of personnel.
