OK for us - the choices in Prince Rupert are limited so prices seem higher than what a property should command.

The carpets were dirty, the staff unhelpful. The construction on our floor was poorly done - with walls unfinished and ceiling tiles missing in the hallways.

Close to shopping, transportation and restaurants. Nice staff, eager to help.

Conveniently located in the downtown area. One of a few hotels with standard moderate end facilities. The town is not high end. Convention and meeting places for business all within walking distance. Friendly, helpful people go out of their way to make sure you are looked after. Quite adequate but do not expect a resort or higher end facility.

The dollar value for this hotel was great. The dining room staff was very friendly and the meals were a good value.

Excellent value for the money, and perfect for the types of travelers who visit Prince Rupert. Business services are good, free wireless, and functional amenities. Not for luxury travelers or honeymooners, but great for adventurers and business people who don't care if there's a mint on the pillow. Good, solid, clean, functional.

This hotel is located in the city center close to the public bus system's main stop. We toured via the bus throughout Prince Rupert for only $1.25 each. Rooms are large with good views of the harbor and part of the city. Each room has an outside balcony. This is the tallest building in the city, so it was easy to find. Staff was helpful and copied a bus schedule for us.
