No swimming pool. No restaurant. No public sitting area/lobby.

Designed for people who wish to sleep between flights. No frills, but basics are provided and are adequate.

The bed & bedding were comfortable. I slept well.
I first went to the other Holiday Inn in Richmond. I think the website should make it more clear which one you need to go to.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, secure parking (but limited), nice bathrooms. I would stay there again.

Friendly staff, not far from downtown, secure parking.
Complimentary breakfast was very basic.

Stay in the room for 4 nights with the smell of smoke caused breathing problems. Not happy at all as they asked for much higher price for a non smoking room.

I liked that there was always someone available at the front desk to assist me. Check in was quick. Parking was very safe. Great access to highways.
The free breakfast omelette's were like shoe soles or rubbers cheese inside was brown. Yuk.

Excellent for the business traveler or stopover traveler. Location was close to highways and a short distance from shopping. Quick to the Ferries, and to the U.S. border. I stayed there for 9 days on business. No complaints at all. Would stay there again and would also recommend it.

Great complimentary breakfast.
Not much to do or eat within walking distance.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is very clean, great comfortable beds and has complimentary shuttles to the airport. I would stay there again in an instant.
