More coffee for the rooms.

The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There was ample room and a pleasing decor. All in all, just a positive experience.

Quiet, clean, comfortable - free shuttle service - nice staff.
Did not know parking was on top of rate so parking bill came as bit of a surprise.

Surprised how quiet hotel was. Very clean. Very comfortable. Nice staff.

Lack of wireless internet access.

Staff was very friendly. Ten minute walk from Granville St. Some great bars and clubs in that area. Close to Stanley park. Bill, the shuttle driver is a great guy. He knows his stuff and is very punctual.
