Staff were very accommodating.
No elevator, although they offered help with the luggage.

It was quite nice. Would have preferred a room looking onto the pool and restaurant in the center of the hotel. Had a room looking out onto the back of the hotel, but if I went again, I would just ask for the location I wanted. Staff was very accommodating.
