The service at both the front desk and the breakfast room was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. This is the reason that I would return.
Shampoo and shower gel in a large container that did not work well and the products were cheap.

The room/suite was well-priced conveniently located and included a small kitchen and balcony. It was clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool, hot tub or sauna but they looked nice. I thought that the hotel itself was average in quality but the service at the front desk was excellent, staff helped us look for a hotel in Vancouver, provided maps, bottled water etc. The continental breakfast was good and the service again was great. The staff at this hotel was certainly well above my expectations. read more

This hotel had a small kitchenette that we needed.
The continental breakfast could have been better.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The location was outstanding. The room had a small kitchenette with a table that we needed due to special diet needs. There was also a nice balcony with table and chairs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and friendly.

We had a kitchen and a balcony with a beautiful view.
No room service.

This was an excellent hotel located near everything we wanted to see. We had a beautiful view and almost every amenity we could need.
