Across the street from the fire hall.

Location, and the fireplace in the room.
Right by the linen closet, lots of employee noise, elevator noise.
Great location, modest decor, odd design of the room, things were crowded and blocked each other.

Comfortable room that felt like home.
Long walk to the room including stairs.
Great place. Amazing location! 1 min walks to Starbucks and many other restaurants.

Kitchen & dining area, tub and fireplace.
Very noisy on Friday night and fire alarm at 5:25 AM.
Neither the fire alarm or the noisy teens were the hotel's fault yet I lost sleep because of these things.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice fireplace in room plus jetted hot tub in bathroom, comfortable bed, direct in whistler village, close to ski lifts.
No breakfast or pool; parking is $11/night.
Excellent hotel for leisure traveler looking for a well-appointed room close to the ski gondola & whistler village. If you want to avoid the high parking fee, park in lot 4 across the street, about a 5 minute walk to hotel.

Kitchenette and fireplace were an unexpected bonus.
Lobby removed from entrance/exit areas.
Roomier than expected and close in to Whistler village/skiing/shopping. This robbed us of sleep and made the hallways crowded and hard to negotiate with ski gear and baggage! Overall a fun time although whistler and area hotels are way over priced.

Location.
Very mediocre and dated room.
Great location, but the quality of the room is probably not worth the cost.

The room was available for early check in a total bonus!
Kitchenette cutlery and plates etc were not clean.
Loud at night with lots of families and young people staying there close to the centre of the village and within walking distance of restaurants, grocery, and shops. Loved the kitchenette! A great place to stay.

The fireplace in the room was a nice touch.
The only problem I had was that I was billed twice.
The location was great, staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and well laid out. Very impressed with this hotel.
